Job Description

K M M Properties is a real estate company located at The Metropolis Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. is looking for an ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criterion. You will then negotiate and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.

2+ years Minimum of Real Estate Experience must be in Dubai (Off-plan and Secondary Sales) -

50% from the commission will paid on spot!

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting fresh leads assigned and generated by the company.
  • Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
  • Advertise and market current and future properties.
  • Get complete knowledge of the area allocated.
  • Analyses market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
  • Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
  • Discover clients criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria.
  • Negotiate and close deal with client.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses.
  • Select and show homes and properties that meet clients needs, identifying the best options to meet those needs, refining needs along the way.
  • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close, providing counsel on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options.
  • Build lists of properties with detailed specifications, and market through open houses, advertisements, networking, and relationships
  • Head up the negotiations with industry professionals and clients, review contracts terms, and verify accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 Year Experience in Real Estate Market
  • Arabic, English , Russian, Hindi and Urdu Speaker needed
  • Proven work experience as a Real Estate Consultant or Sales person
  • Proven track record of successful sales record is a must
  • Candidates must have prior experience in Dubai, UAE
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Presentable, pleasant, and trustworthy
  • UAE driving license is advantage
  • RERA certified is an advantage

  • Monthly online marketing Campaign on different Projects

  • Good Commission Base Scheme - 50% from the commission will paid On the Spot for confirmed Closed Deals.
