Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients through the property purchase process, providing informed recommendations, conducting market research, and maintaining effective client communication. The role also involves building relationships with clients, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge to guide clients through buying and selling processes effectively

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and maintain positive relationships

Proven Sales abilities and a results-driven approach to meet and exceed targets

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment

Previous experience in property sales or real estate consulting is highly advantageous

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
