Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a Senior Property Consultant. The Senior Property Consultant will focus on delivering tailored consulting services, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, identifying client needs, preparing reports, negotiating contracts, and staying up-to-date with market trends. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer engagement, and proactive communication to meet objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge to provide expert advice and guide clients effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, explain property details, and foster long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and handling client inquiries to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Proven Sales skills, including negotiation and contract management, to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of the local real estate market in Egypt is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to accomplish organizational goals.
