This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in Cairo. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, consulting with clients to understand their property needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions. The Senior Property Consultant will also handle market analysis, manage property viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the property purchase or rental process.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market analysis and an excellent understanding of real estate trends
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
• Sales-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in real estate or property consulting is preferred
• Proficient in using real estate CRM platforms and other relevant tools
• Proactive approach with the ability to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously
• Relevant educational background in business, real estate, or a related field
