Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant located in New Cairo. Key responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing personalized and transparent consultancy services. The consultant will maintain up-to-date market knowledge, monitor property market trends, and help clients navigate investment opportunities in the luxury real estate sector. Building and maintaining client relationships is essential, as is delivering outstanding customer experiences that align with do Estate's commitment to exclusivity and excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market analysis, research, and an understanding of property valuation
• Ability to develop effective sales strategies and meet performance targets
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple clients and properties
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving capabilities to assist clients in making informed decisions
• Prior experience in real estate or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems and property management platforms
