Achieve agreed sales target monthly, quarterly and annually
Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
Contact with brokers and organize orientations to present company projects
Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential
Demonstrate company projects to existing/potential customers and brokers
Follow up with brokers companies
Participates in exhibitions, Real Estate events
Attend Site Visit with Customers to demonstrate project
Build business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements

Requirements
Experience in the same field (Real Estate) not less than 3 years
