The Senior Sales Consultant role is designed for high-performing professionals with strong market expertise and a proven sales record. You will handle complex deals, manage high-net-worth clients, and act as a trusted advisor while contributing to overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage premium client accounts and high-value transactions
  • Provide expert market insights and investment advice
  • Lead negotiations and close complex deals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with affluent clients
  • Support and mentor junior consultants when needed
  • Maintain accurate sales data and reporting via CRM systems

Requirements

  • Strong track record in real estate sales
  • In-depth understanding of market dynamics and trends
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets
  • Experience handling high-net-worth clients
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and real estate platforms
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Relevant educational background is preferred
