We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Property Consultant for a full-time on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, offering expert property consultation, conducting property viewings, and negotiating favorable terms. The Consultant will build and maintain strong client relationships, stay informed about market trends, and work collaboratively with the sales team to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Expertise in Consulting with comprehensive knowledge of property markets and trends
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
• Proficiency in Customer Service to provide clients with excellent support and experience
• Proven Sales abilities with the capacity to meet or exceed performance targets
• Experience in the Real Estate industry, with an understanding of real estate laws and professional practices
• Proficiency in negotiation, problem-solving, and managing multiple client needs
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
