Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve or exceed, company-set targets.
  • Client Management: Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with investors and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Market Analysis & Advice: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor activities, and property values to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead the end-to-end sales process, including negotiating contracts, managing offers, and closing deals.
  • Lead Generation & CRM: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, maintain client databases, and follow up on inquiries.
  • Property Showings: Perform site visits and professional presentations to showcase property value.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior sales members, providing guidance on best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential or commercial brokerage.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of local real estate market trends, legal regulations, and financial aspects (mortgages).
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
