ZOYA HOME Real Estate is expanding its sales team and looking for experienced, motivated Real Estate Agents to join our office in JVC, Dubai.

We are a Dubai-based real estate brokerage providing tailored property advisory services to buyers and investors across the UAE, with a strong focus on Dubai's off-plan market.

Your Role

As a Real Estate Agent, you will manage clients throughout the full sales journey, from initial consultation and qualification to project presentation, negotiation, follow-up and closing.

The role will focus primarily on off-plan property sales, while also covering selected secondary sales and rental opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills

• Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and consistent with follow-ups

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Valid UAE driving licence or reliable transportation
