Senior QA/QC Engineer – Luxury Villa Projects

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our team for high-end luxury villa projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement QA/QC procedures and quality control plans on site.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate WIRs, MIRs, ITPs, NCRs, and other quality documentation.
• Monitor civil, architectural, finishing, waterproofing, and other construction activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to resolve quality issues.
• Review material submittals, method statements, inspection requests, and test reports.
• Identify non-conformities and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain project quality records and prepare regular QA/QC reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of QA/QC experience in building construction.
• Proven experience in luxury/high-end villa projects is mandatory.
• Strong experience in civil, architectural, and finishing works.
• Good knowledge of ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, method statements, material approvals, and inspection procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiner or candidates available within a short notice period are preferred.
