Senior Quantity Surveyor - Airport - Consultancy

Required to join an international engineering consultancy working on an airport project - this consists of large scale building and infrastructure/marine development. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of major construction packages across both building and infrastructure elements of the airport project. You will be responsible for ensuring cost efficiency, contractual compliance, and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead all quantity surveying and cost management activities across assigned project packages
• Prepare and manage budgets, cost plans, and financial reports
• Administer contracts, including variations, claims, and dispute resolution
• Provide commercial advice to project teams and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress against financial targets and identify risks/opportunities
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met

Applicants should meet the following requirements

Recognized Bachelor's degree in QS, Civil Engineering or Equivalent fields

Professional Certifications from professional bodies including UPDA (UPDA in QS preferred)

10 years working within a consultancy environment on large scale projects

Minimum 5 years experience in aviation/Building/Infra related projects

Excellent client facing skills
