Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm Heliopolis, for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor Civil Engineer. The primary responsibilities include preparing and reviewing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), managing cost control, conducting cost planning, overseeing cost management, and producing detailed cost reports. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the project management and design teams to ensure accurate financial planning and efficient project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management to track and manage project expenditures efficiently
- Experience in preparing and analyzing BOQ and conducting thorough Cost Planning
- Skills in creating comprehensive and accurate Cost Reports to monitor financial progress
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with project budgets and financial guidelines
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost management within the civil engineering or construction industry
- Proficiency in relevant software used for cost estimation and analysis
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
