About the Company
Our client is a state-owned global investment holding company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting for assigned projects
- Administer contracts (FIDIC), including payments, variations, claims, and final accounts
- Review and certify contractor and consultant payment applications
- Evaluate and negotiate variations, change orders, and EOT claims
- Monitor project cash flow, risks, and commercial performance
- Support procurement and tender evaluations
- Implement value engineering to optimize project costs
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and contractual obligations
- Coordinate with project, design, and finance teams
- Mentor junior QS staff and report to senior management
What are we looking for
- Minimum 10 years of experience with a Consultant, or a combination of Consultant and Contractor experience
- At least 5 years of post-contract experience
- UAE experience is an advantage
- Relevant Experience In:
- Residential projects
- Contract and commercial management
Other Requirements
- Sound knowledge of contract administration for building-related projects
- Familiarity with the FIDIC suite of contracts is an advantage
