• Structure & draft RFPs
• Coordinate architect inputs
• Define evaluation criteria, scoring matrices, BOQs, pricing schedules
• Support bid evaluation
  
  

• Degree in Electrical/Control/Telecom Engineering
• 10+ years on site-based supervision of SCADA/OT/control-centre or telecom projects
• Proven FAT/SAT and cutover leadership
• GCC/UAE site experience
