Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and promoting our technology solutions, including software and hardware integrations. This role requires a strong ability to identify client needs, build trusted partnerships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify customer pain points and provide customized, solution-based recommendations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business needs to position our solutions strategically.
  • Lead presentations, product demos, and discussions of complex software solutions with potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, including renewals, pricing models, and long-term agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, support, and product) to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless solution delivery.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to management.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.

Job Requirements:

  • 46 years of experience in sales or account management, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in selling technology solutions, particularly software and hardware integrations, is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop long-term client partnerships.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts and addressing client needs at a strategic level.
  • Demonstrated ability in solution-based selling.
  • Skilled in conducting presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience in contract management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Results-driven, motivated by exceeding targets.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
