Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven
Senior Sales Account Manager to drive business growth by managing key client accounts and acquiring new high-value customers. with deep experience in selling
IT solutions and services to enterprise and mid-market clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship management skills and a strong track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, usage, and expansion opportunities
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Forecast sales metrics and provide regular pipeline updates to leadership
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Mentor junior sales team members as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically in IT solutions, systems integration, or managed services
- Proven success in managing key accounts and achieving sales quotas
- Strong consultative selling skills and a customer-centric approach
- Strong understanding of modern IT environmentsData Management, cloud (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, etc
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with selling to CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT decision-makers
- Experience in Specific Sector Like, (FSI, PIF, Oil & Gaz,...)
