Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Account Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The
Senior Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring
customer satisfaction, and generating leads. Daily tasks will include building and maintaining
customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating
with clients to meet their IT needs. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication
skills, and deep knowledge of the IT industry, including software, hardware, and cybersecurity
solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals in the IT
sector.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales
objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client
relationships.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales
strategies.
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior
management.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote company
offerings.
Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure high customer
satisfaction.
Handle escalated customer concerns and manage negotiation of terms and contracts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
