Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales role based in New Cairo. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for identifying and cultivating client relationships, providing expert guidance on property investment opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing sales strategies, leading client negotiations, and training team members to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and resolve inquiries.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management for achieving and exceeding targets with strategic approaches.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to support their professional growth and overall success.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and investment strategies is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
