Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Engineer role based in New Cairo. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing technical consultations, and proposing tailored solar energy solutions. Daily tasks include preparing detailed technical proposals, collaborating with the sales team to support customer acquisition, and delivering exceptional customer service. The individual will also ensure the seamless integration of technical and sales operations by addressing client inquiries and providing after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to design and recommend customized solutions
- Experience in Technical Support to assist customers with system requirements and troubleshooting
- Strong Communication skills with an emphasis on engaging with diverse stakeholders effectively
- Proven track record in Sales and delivering on targets
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems and related technology is highly preferred
- Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, with flexibility to travel to client locations as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is highly desirable
