Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt

The Senior Sales Engineer will support the sales team by providing technical expertise and solutions tailored to clients needs. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing and delivering technical presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and providing ongoing technical support. The position also involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contributing to successful sales outcomes, and collaborating across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Engineering and proficiency in delivering tailored technical solutions
• Proven ability in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong skills in Technical Support, including troubleshooting and problem-solving to address customer needs
• Excellent Communication skills for presenting technical solutions and collaborating with team members
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience in the industrial or electrical control sector is advantageous
