Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Senior Sales Engineer. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise during sales processes, supporting clients with tailored engineering solutions, and ensuring effective communication between clients and the sales team. This role includes conducting product presentations and demonstrations, developing strong client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
• Exceptional Communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Experience in technical solution design and problem-solving
• A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant technical tools and software is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in English is highly desirable
