Job Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships within the assigned territory and product portfolio. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing technical and commercial solutions, and supporting the execution of sales strategies. Ensures timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and alignment with commercial objectives. Additionally, the role involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned individual sales targets consistently while contributing to the overall growth and success of the business, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term strategic objectives.
  • Identify, develop, and follow up on new business opportunities across different sectors, aiming to expand the customer base, strengthen client portfolio, and increase market penetration.
  • Provide both technical and commercial support to customers, making sure that proposed products and solutions are aligned with their requirements and expectations.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare, review, and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotations, and tender submissions, ensuring compliance with company policies and alignment with customer needs.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients, consultants, and project sites to monitor ongoing progress, resolve issues in a timely manner, and support after-sales service when required.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless order execution, timely delivery, and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities, collect relevant market intelligence, and share valuable insights with management to support continuous business improvement and competitive advantage.
  • Support and participate actively in exhibitions, trade shows, and other industry-related events to promote company products, enhance brand visibility, and generate new leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipelines, forecasts, and customer data through CRM tools and reporting systems.
  • Ensure strict compliance with established pricing structures, contractual agreements, and company policies to protect profitability and maintain professional standards.
  • Provide management with regular and detailed reports on sales performance, opportunities, risks, and market challenges to support informed decision-making.

Qualification & Education:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Years of Experience: 35 years of sales experience in electrical products, industrial solutions, or manufacturing.
