Job Summary

The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's client portfolio in Egypt by promoting insulation solutions to consultants, contractors, and project owners. The role involves technical sales, relationship management, and ensuring product specifications are included in major projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned targets within the Egyptian market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HVAC, construction, and industrial sectors.
  • Present technical solutions and product benefits to consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and tender submissions in coordination with internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely project delivery and client support.
  • Conduct market research to identify competitors, customer needs, and emerging project opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the company's products and capabilities.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate reporting through CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 35 years of experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably in HVAC, insulation, or construction materials.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling B2B sales and technical consultations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship management abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems, insulation materials, and project-based sales.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).
  • Fluent in English & French
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically for site visits, client meetings, and business development activities.
