Job Summary:
- Drive company sales for Material Handling products and solutions by continuously identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Lead and support less experienced sales representatives, develop and manage sales pipelines, and ensure achievement of sales quotas within assigned territories and industries.
Job Description:
- consistently visiting and supporting customers using material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, warehouse trucks, attachments, and related solutions).
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients across industrial, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution sectors.
- Understanding customer operational needs and recommending suitable material handling solutions that improve efficiency, safety, and productivity.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to delivery and after-sales support.
- Acting as the main link between customers and internal departments for technical specifications, quotations, deliveries, and service requirements.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Conducting regular visits to existing customers to assess evolving needs, track equipment performance, and gather feedback.
- Maximizing sales volume, market penetration, and product mix for material handling solutions.
Updating the Sales Force System with customer visits, quotations, follow-ups, and identified opportunities.
- Tracking customer visits, lost opportunities, complaints, and competitor activity.
Achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs for material handling products and services.
Supporting account retention and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
Job Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in ales role, preferably in material handling, industrial equipment, automotive, construction, or heavy machinery.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and customer relationship management.
- Education: University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (preferred due to the technical nature of material handling equipment).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to clearly explain technical product features and benefits

- Working Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
