Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering post-sale support and handling any customer concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate sales pitches and proposals for customer acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain a client database and manage leads.
  • Support customers throughout the sales cycle, including post-sale follow-up and technical support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product performance, and market conditions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

Reporting

  • Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and share insights with management.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline status and reporting.

Additional Technical & Coordination Responsibilities

  • Provide technical consultation and product recommendations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable sales agreements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the electrical engineering industry (MV, LV, etc.).

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel as required, meet clients, and attend industry events.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
