Job Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering post-sale support and handling any customer concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate sales pitches and proposals for customer acquisition.
- Develop and maintain a client database and manage leads.
- Support customers throughout the sales cycle, including post-sale follow-up and technical support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product performance, and market conditions.

Reporting
- Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and share insights with management.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline status and reporting.
Additional Technical & Coordination Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations tailored to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable sales agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the electrical engineering industry (MV, LV, etc.).
Skills Required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel as required, meet clients, and attend industry events.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
