Senior Sales Engineer

Location: Saudi Arabia (Riyadh preferred, open within KSA)

Salary: Up to 30,000 SAR (all-in, depending on experience)

Language: Arabic Mandatory

Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Sales Engineer to lead project sales activities across the Saudi market. The role is focused on consultant engagement, product specification, project tendering, and account development within mechanical and building services solutions.

This position requires full ownership of the sales cycle, from specification and bidding through order closing and payment follow-up, while coordinating closely with internal technical and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project sales growth across the KSA market
• Engage consultants to specify SIZEM products and secure approvals
• Manage tenders, quotations, negotiations, and commercial discussions
• Develop new client accounts while managing existing key relationships
• Achieve assigned revenue and margin targets
• Coordinate internally with engineering, logistics, and finance teams
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
• Ensure timely order closing and payment collection
