Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Dubai, UAE. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and growing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales targets, creating proposals, negotiating terms, and building strategic partnerships. Additionally, the individual will monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and provide feedback to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, account management, and strategic partnership building
  • Relevant experience in UAE.
  • UAE Driving License
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship management
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop sales strategies
  • Experience in the promotional items, corporate gifts, or marketing solutions industry is a significant advantage
  • Familiarity with working in a multinational environment and managing global accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to collaborative growth
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
