Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in the sportswear industry, covering both Winter and Summer categories. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in distribution, brand acquisition, water sports, and retail sales. This role requires strong market knowledge, established industry relationships, and the ability to drive revenue growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
  • Manage and grow distribution networks across key territories.
  • Identify and secure new brand acquisition opportunities within the sportswear and water sports sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Oversee product placement, sell-through performance, and seasonal assortment planning (Winter & Summer collections).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in sportswear and water sports markets.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and brand meetings.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum4-5 years of experience in the sportswear industry (Winter & Summer categories preferred).
  • Strong background in distribution management and retail/wholesales channel development.
  • Proven experience in brand acquisition and partnership development.
  • Experience in water sports products and related markets is highly preferred.
  • Established network within the sports retail industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
