GetPayIn is growing fast, and we're looking for a Senior Sales Executive to help us scale our B2B SaaS solutions across tourism, hospitality, and services in Egypt and the region.

What you will sell
Our portfolio includes:
- Ultra Booking System (travel agency website + booking engine + Payment Online)
- Hotel Booking Website
- Nile Cruise Booking Website
- Activity Booking Website
- E-Payment System (payment links + payment integration services)
What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect demo proposal negotiation closing
- Build, hire, and lead a high-performing sales team (recruit, onboard, coach, and set targets)
- Design and build scalable sales channels (direct outbound, partnerships, referrals, digital lead funnels, events, etc.)
- Generate leads and create pipeline consistently (prospecting, outreach sequences, networking, lead qualification)
- Build and manage a strong pipeline (B2B leads: travel agencies, hotels, activities providers, etc.)
- Run product demos and tailor solutions based on customer needs
- Coordinate with onboarding and product teams to ensure smooth delivery and client success
- Hit monthly/quarterly targets and report performance metrics
- Contribute to sales playbooks, pricing packages, and go-to-market improvements
- Help mentor junior sales reps as the team scales
What we are looking for:
- Proven B2B sales experience (SaaS / fintech and payment companies / travel-tech / hospitality-tech is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience selling to decision makers (owners, GMs, finance managers, ops managers)
- Comfortable with CRM and structured sales process
- High ownership, strong communication, and excellent follow-up discipline
