We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at IDG company
Responsibilities:
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending offers.
Preparing and signing the reservation form.
A commitment to excellent sells.
Preparing MPR
Answering client questions about payment terms, products, prices, and availability.
Attending conferences and exhibitions when required to identify opportunities.
Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant.
Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
Market intelligence.
Develop organized and differentiated offerings.
Documents full information of opportunities, tasks and visits, including won and lost reasons.
Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Manage a well-qualified and consistent sales pipeline.
