Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales to drive revenue growth by selling our fleet management systems, telematics solutions, GPS tracking devices, etc., to businesses in various sectors. You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, closing deals, and achieving aggressive revenue targets in the transportation, logistics, and industrial sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in target sectors (logistics, transportation, construction, mining, government fleets)
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in CRM system with accurate forecasting
- Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on potential deal size and probability
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service agreements
- Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and handover
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and track all interactions in CRM
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, fleet managers, and procurement teams
- Conduct site visits to understand client fleet operations and requirements
- Coordinate with technical team for pre-sales support and technical demonstrations
- Ensure smooth handover to operations team after deal closure
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market positioning
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to improve sales approach
- Report weekly on sales activities, pipeline status, won/lost deals, and revenue forecasts
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events
- Stay updated on product features, technical specifications, and new product launches
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns and promotional activities
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of all product lines and their applications
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and performance KPIs
