Position Summary:
The Senior Real Estate Sales Consultant is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales, cultivating long-term client relationships, and mentoring junior agents. You will leverage your extensive market knowledge, negotiation expertise, and professional network to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role requires a strategic, self-motivated individual with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value real estate deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing initiatives, and leveraging existing client relationships.
- Conduct thorough market analyses to price properties competitively and advise clients on market trends.
- Manage the entire sales cycle for a portfolio of high-end residential and/or commercial properties, from listing to closing.
- Prepare and present compelling offers, and lead sophisticated negotiations to secure optimal terms for clients.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Client & Relationship Management:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to buyers, sellers, and investors, providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process.
- Maintain and develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients through exceptional service and regular follow-up.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, lawyers, and mortgage brokers.
Leadership & Mentorship:
- Provide guidance, support, and informal mentorship to junior sales agents, sharing best practices and market insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
- Contribute to team strategy meetings and business development initiatives.
Marketing & Property Presentation:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for listings, including digital campaigns, professional photography/videography, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses that effectively showcase property features and value.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Licensing:Valid real estate agent/broker license in [Country/State].
