Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading and driving the sales of residential and/or

commercial property units within the UAE real estate market. The role focuses on achieving

sales targets, managing and mentoring a team of property sales consultants, developing

effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and

stakeholders. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience in the UAE property

market, strong leadership capability, and a proven track record in closing high-value UAE

property transactions.

Key Responsibilities Property Sales & Business Development

Lead, manage, and oversee the sales of property units (Off-plan, ready properties,

residential and/or commercial developments).

Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives and

market demand.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for unit sales, revenue, and

absorption rates.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, competitor activities,

and buyer behavior in the UAE real estate market.

Manage client relationships from lead generation to deal closure, including

negotiations, booking, SPA signing, and handover coordination.

Work closely with marketing teams to support campaigns, property launches, site

visits, exhibitions, and roadshows.

Coordinate with internal departments (operations, legal, finance, customer service) to

ensure smooth transaction processing and documentation.

Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, DLD requirements,

and company policies.

Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, CRM updates, and management

dashboards.

Team Leadership & Management Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate the Property Sales Consultants Team, to achieve individual

and team targets.

Conduct regular performance reviews, sales meetings, and training sessions to

improve productivity and conversion rates.

Support consultants in client negotiations, deal structuring, and closing high-value

transactions.

Set KPIs, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions when required.

Foster a results-driven, ethical, and customer-focused sales culture within the team.

Qualifications & Educational Background

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a

related field.

RERA Certification is mandatory or highly preferred.

Additional real estate, sales, or leadership certifications are an advantage.

Experience Requirements

5-10 years of proven experience in UAE real estate sales, with a strong background as

a Senior Sales Manager.

Minimum 5-10 years in a managerial or team lead role within a real estate developer

in the UAE.

Demonstrated success in selling off-plan and/or ready properties in Dubai or other

Emirates.

Strong understanding of UAE property laws, DLD processes, escrow regulations, and

mortgage procedures.

Existing client, broker, and investor network within the UAE market is a strong

advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies

In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market and buyer segments

Excellent closing ability and deal structuring expertise

Demonstrates the ability to perform effectively under high sales targets and tight

deadlines

Work Environment

Fast-paced, target-driven real estate sales environment Office-based with frequent site visits, client meetings, property launches, and events

May require working extended hours during peak sales periods, launches, and

exhibitions
