Senior Sales Manager Recruitment Focus

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced and motivational Senior Sales Manager to lead our team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives for recruitment and HR solutions. You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition in the hiring and staffing industry by coaching your team to success, refining sales processes, and consistently exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate is a player-coach who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of recruitment sales cycles and talent acquisition services.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the daily activities of the Account Executive and SDR teams.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes for recruitment and staffing solutions.
  • Set individual and team sales quotas; provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, one-on-one coaching sessions, and team meetings.
  • Actively participate in late-stage sales cycles and assist in closing strategic client deals.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new sales talent.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Growth & Revenue to align team goals with overall company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Skills & Experiences

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a sales management or team lead role in recruitment, HR solutions, or staffing services.
  • Proven Track Record: A history of consistently meeting or exceeding personal and team sales quotas.
  • Coaching & Development: A passion for coaching and developing sales professionals.
  • Sales Methodology: Expertise in various sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, Solution Selling).
  • CRM Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CRM software, preferably Odoo, for pipeline management, reporting, and sales process automation.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in recruitment, HR tech platforms, or talent acquisition services is strongly preferred.
  • Preferred Background: Previous experience in digital recruitment platforms, SaaS HR solutions, or hiring technology services is highly desirable.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
