Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales professional at RE/MAX ALMOHAGER in New Cairo. The responsibilities include leading sales efforts, managing client accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Senior Sales professional will also oversee training activities and mentor junior sales team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, including negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven expertise in sales and sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in providing training and mentoring to develop sales teams effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Proficient in analyzing market trends and applying practical solutions to achieve growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Real estate market knowledge and professional certifications are an advantage.
