Role & Responsibilities
- Present and promote the company's real estate projects to clients.
- Conduct site visits and explain project features and payment plans.
- Handle client inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain updated knowledge of project inventory, pricing, and availability.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and client feedback to management.
Educational Background, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Special Requirements:
- Deep understanding of real estate development processes and project lifecycles.
- Strong network of clients & brokers.
- Multilingual proficiency (Arabic and English)
- Valid driver's license.
