Job Description

* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple platforms and regions.

* Conduct installed base analysis to identify opportunities that enhance customer loyalty, retention, and share of wallet.

* Prepare and deliver engaging, informative marketing content tailored to regional audiences.

* Develop and implement product pricing strategies and commercial structures.

* Lead the planning and execution of impactful campaigns, conferences, and workshops to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

* Manage and optimize the regional marketing budget.

* Analyze the performance of all marketing activities, using data to drive future improvements.

* Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns, including digital marketing efforts.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to implement regional product portfolio strategies.

* Conduct market screening and research to support new product launches and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for the role:

* 10+ years of marketing experience in the medical devices industry, with a strong preference for those with exposure to surgical lasers, endoscopy, robotics, or related surgical technologies.

* In-depth knowledge of the Middle East market, with reasonable exposure to African markets.

* Proven success in driving market expansion, product launches, and brand development.

* Strong understanding of marketing strategies, branding, and multi-channel campaign execution.

* Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

* Arabic speaker is essential; French is a plus

* Business fluency in English.
