We are looking for a hands-on Systems & Cloud Engineer with strong Identity and Access Management experience to support and enhance our enterprise and cloud environments. You will own key identity services (Active Directory and cloud IAM), contribute to multi-cloud architecture decisions, and drive automation using Infrastructure-as-Code and scripting.
Key Responsibilities
Must Have
- Manage Active Directory end-to-end (design, optimization, IAM structure, and advanced troubleshooting).
- Manage IAM frameworks across cloud platforms (roles, policies, least privilege).
- Build and maintain automation using PowerShell, Terraform, or Python.
- Support and operate containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Contribute to multi-cloud architecture and design, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
Nice to Have
- Apply security principles and work with common security tools and practices.
- Support DNS operations and troubleshooting.
- Participate in on-call rotation for incidents and outages.
- Use configuration management tools and solutions.
- Support IT Audit and compliance requirements and provide required evidence/documentation.
- Monitor system health and performance, take proactive actions, and optimize resource utilization.
- Produce high-quality documentation (configurations, processes, procedures, reports, and architecture designs).
- Troubleshoot complex cross-domain issues (identity, OS, cloud, and infrastructure).
- Hands-on experience with compute and storage platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 78 years of experience in system administration, cloud engineering, or consulting.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
