About the Role:
Multibank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our IT team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing our on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance, and providing technical support to our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the Office 365 tenant, including email management, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, SharePoint Sites, access controls, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Manage and configure Entra ID, identity policies, Configuration Policies, MFA, and conditional access.
- Oversee Intune policies, compliance, device management, and app deployments (UI and scripting).
- Manage and troubleshoot Azure services, including VMs, networking, and cloud security.
- Create and maintain on-prem and cloud VMs as needed.
- Perform system upgrades, migrations, and configurations across various environments.
- Manage on-prem servers and deploy infrastructure when required.
- Handle network operations with strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, and network security.
- Configure and support VoIP and in-house telephony
- Manage SaaS applications, including account provisioning and access control.
- Resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical issues and handle escalations.
- Administer local and cloud storage, including NAS and SharePoint.
- Hands-on experience with patch management tools
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery tools
- Monitor systems, networks, and security events to ensure stability and compliance.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow IT policies and security standards.
- Participate in minor and major IT projects, ensuring timely execution.
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotations for a few weeks per year to support after-hours incidents and critical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years in system administration within a corporate environment.
- Strong expertise in Azure, Office 365, Intune, and hybrid infrastructures.
- Deep understanding of networking (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs) and security principles (IAM, hardening, patching).
- Experience with VoIP systems
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with scripting and automation
- Ability to follow structured workflows and SLAs within ITSM environments.
- Experience with Utilizing Jira ticketing system
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix)
- Experience with ITIL practices and incident management
- Knowledge of API integrations, SSO, automation workflows, and SaaS management
