We are seeking a dedicated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm El Maadi. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs, and build strong employer branding initiatives. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational goals. The role also involves developing strategies to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring best practices, with a track record of successfully filling diverse roles.
• Experience in Employer Branding initiatives to effectively communicate organizational culture and values.
• Strong Interviewing techniques and knowledge of assessing candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data-driven recruitment strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment within the education, training, or language learning sector is a plus.
