Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, job advertising, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple industries, including Oil & Gas and IT. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to attract top talent within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
Handle job postings across multiple platforms and ensure strong employer branding
Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates efficiently
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Utilize various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job portals, databases, etc.)
Ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates
Maintain accurate recruitment reports and trackers
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
At least 2 years of experience in the UAE market
Strong experience in sourcing CVs, especially for technical roles
Experience hiring for Oil & Gas, IT, and other industries
Previous Experience In a Recruitment Agency Is Highly Preferred
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Advanced sourcing techniques and headhunting skills
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools
Strong networking abilities
