• Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
• Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring
• Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
• Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
• Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.
• Conduct CBI interviews based on core, functional and managerial competency metrics system
• Conduct the man power plan with validation aligned with departments heads
• Follow up the accepted candidates until they bring all their hiring documents to the personnel department.
• Conduct Exit interviews to maintain the employees or to get feedback avoiding more resignations
• Handling the Recruitment processes as per the manpower budget plan.
