Job Summery

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, assessing, and hiring top tech talent, while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Role Description

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (Software Engineers, Data Analysts, DevOps, etc.)
  • Conduct job intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies

2. Sourcing & Talent Attraction

  • Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases)
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray search)

3. Screening & Assessment

  • Conduct initial HR interviews and technical pre-screening
  • Evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and support technical interviews with hiring teams

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies
  • Provide regular updates and market insights to stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor on hiring decisions

5. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics:
  • Time to Hire
  • Time to fill
  • Offer Acceptance Rate
  • Maintain accurate data in ATS / recruitment trackers

6.Employer Branding

  • Promote company brand across recruitment channels
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

7. Offer Management

  • Manage offer process including negotiation and closing candidates
  • Ensure alignment with internal salary structures and approvals

8. Process Improvement

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools
  • Implement best practices and innovative sourcing techniques

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–7+ years of experience in technical recruitment
  • Proven experience hiring for technical roles (Software, IT, Tech)
  • Proficient in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection
  • Experience in Hiring and Technical Recruiting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Strong Recruiting skills, with a demonstrated ability to attract and retain top talent
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging effectively with clients, candidates, and teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
