Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for all facilities management positions within our company. You will work closely with our HR team and hiring managers to understand the needs of the organization and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for facilities management positions
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to senior management
- Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our culture and values to potential candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Facilities management industry background is a must.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of positions at all levels.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques for blue collars.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
