Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in headhunting and proactive sourcing. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent, while partnering closely with stakeholders to meet business hiring needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through advanced search techniques
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels effectively
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies
  • Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments
  • Maintain and develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Provide regular updates and market insights to stakeholders
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiation and closing
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on headhunting
  • Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience recruiting within Banking, Technology, or Government sectors, with a solid understanding of industry-specific hiring dynamics
  • Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the ability to leverage recruitment analytics to drive data-informed decisions
  • Proven experience managing hiring processes across regional or international markets, with exposure to diverse talent pools and hiring practices
  • Ability to adapt sourcing and engagement strategies based on market trends and talent availability
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and navigating complex hiring environments
