The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent, while partnering closely with stakeholders to meet business hiring needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through advanced search techniques
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels effectively
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies
- Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments
- Maintain and develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Provide regular updates and market insights to stakeholders
- Manage the offer process, including negotiation and closing
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on headhunting
- Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience recruiting within Banking, Technology, or Government sectors, with a solid understanding of industry-specific hiring dynamics
- Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the ability to leverage recruitment analytics to drive data-informed decisions
- Proven experience managing hiring processes across regional or international markets, with exposure to diverse talent pools and hiring practices
- Ability to adapt sourcing and engagement strategies based on market trends and talent availability
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and navigating complex hiring environments
