Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring process through full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and identifying the best candidates for various roles. Responsibilities also include promoting the company's employer brand, building strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Collaboration with teams to develop and refine hiring strategies is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and a strong understanding of the hiring process
• Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and candidate assessments
• Skills in Employer Branding and promoting company culture to attract top talent
• Experience with Recruiting and building robust talent pipelines
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work onsite at the Heliopolis location
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is an advantage
• Experience +2 years
