This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Heliopolis. The individual will oversee the full life cycle of recruiting processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities include developing and enhancing employer branding strategies, managing job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will also ensure a positive candidate experience and work to optimize hiring practices in alignment with company objectives.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring processes
• Experience in developing and implementing Employer Branding strategies
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience in urban planning or construction industries is considered a plus
