RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions.
- Craft and post compelling job ads that reflect our culture and attract top talent.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong match with our team and culture.
- Build a strong pipeline through proactive talent hunting and networking.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align on ideal candidate profiles.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Track hiring metrics and optimize recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Represent Morshed Worx at job fairs, online platforms, and social events to build brand visibility.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 3 -5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or creative agency is a plus.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate candidates beyond the resume with an eye for potential and cultural fit.
- Comfortable using ATS and recruitment tools.
- A team player with a collaborative spirit and a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
